Mark
Mark spent his early business career working in one of the big 6 accountancy firms, from straight out of school through to post his CQ qualification and loved the experience. He then flew the coop for his big OE which lasted 8 years, moving away from chartered accountancy into banking, the commercial industry and finally consultancy.
After returning to NZ, Mark had a few corporate roles before creating a consultancy business focused on delivering improved customer experiences and business improvements. During this period, he has luckily been involved in technology solutions being delivered that made massive impact on customer and staff experiences.
When he started helping Corinne with her accounting business a few years ago Mark got first-hand experience of the repetitive nature of the work and lack of automation available, along with the impact on people’s work life balance.
